Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on purchases. To ensure you choose the right items, we recommend referring to our size guides or contacting our customer care team at orders@theindiantailor.com , theindiantailorecommerce@gmail.com if you have any questions before purchasing.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. To initiate a return, log in to your The Indian Tailor account or contact our customer support team for help via email or WhatsApp.

  • Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.

  • Quality Check and Exchange Processing: Once we receive your returned items, they will undergo a quality check. If approved, we will process the exchange. Please allow 7-8 days for this process. Returns or exchange requests made after 15 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

International Orders

For international orders, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will assist you with the next steps.

Please note: Any duties or taxes incurred during return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We advise contacting customer care before initiating any international returns.


Easy Online Returns and Exchange

We offer complimentary reverse pick-up services for all orders delivered within India.

Registered Account Holders:
To request an exchange, log into your account, navigate to the “Orders” section, and select “View Details” on the relevant order to initiate a request.

Guest Users:
If you placed an order without registering, go to the “Check Order” page on our website and enter the required details to request a return. Follow the prompts to select the items you’d like to return and indicate a reason from the provided list. Ensure that the items are unused and have their original tags.

Once your request is submitted, a unique Return ID will be generated, along with courier details for the reverse pick-up under our company name, The Indian Tailor Pvt. Ltd.

Return Instructions:

  • The return package will be picked up within 1-2 business days. Please confirm the Return ID with the courier representative during pick-up.
  • Include a copy of the order invoice with the item(s) you wish to exchange highlighted.
  • Use the original delivery packaging if possible, ensuring the items are unused and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Place the invoice copy inside the package and secure it.

Once we receive the returned package, we will initiate the exchange process promptly. Please note that return and exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
